"Delivery and Setup"
We will deliver and install your castle before your party begins, anchor it safely, and leave it in a clean condition for your use. We will verbally go through the operating instructions with you, or alternatively we can provide trained staff to manage the castle for you (see below). After your hire we will come and pick up castle.
We need to set up on grass and plug into electricity within 20 metres, although we can also set up at picnic spots or other locations of your choice (generator required slight extra cost).
Delivery is free within 20km of Bunbury.
"Trained Staff"
If required, we can provide staff that are trained in all aspects of maintaining , erecting and using all our inflatable equipment and can cope if any unexpected situation arises. All our staff are dressed in our distinctive South West Bouncy Castle tee-shirts, which is especially important at any large events where a professional approach is required. It also allows both children and parents to easily recognise our staff who maybe supervising some of our equipment, so children will never approach the wrong person, which is a very important safety aspect.
